Teresa Rogers is a mixed media collaborative community artist. She received her associate’s degree in Visual Fine Arts with Manchester Community College in 2008. She then relocated to Savannah GA and has worked closely with the Savannah College of Art and Design community. She is currently in central Connecticut and has been a resident artist for the nonprofit collective known as Studio4 in Stafford Springs since 2013. She is also a co-founder for the annual group art exhibition State of Elation at the Hartford Artspace since 2013. She participates in monthly community art shows for Stafford Arts on Main and Manchester Arts on Main. The majority of her works are illustrations, paintings, installations and murals. Her subject matter revolves around the human figure, sequential/narrative elements and the juxtaposition of muted subjects saturated with color and movement
